Club Events - Event View

An off island ride is planned for Thursday, January 22, 2026. This ride is to the Shark Valley Visitor Center located at 36000 SW 8th Street, Miami. It is actually just off Highway 41 headed toward Miami, so just Google "Shark Valley Visitor Center" on your GPS for directions. It is about 2.5 hours away. The ride will start at 10:00 am. No lunch is planned, but we will do a picnic lunch after the ride on the site. If you do not want to do the picnic (or if it is too buggy), there are some places along 41 and in Everglades City to eat.

This relaxed ride is on a 15 mile paved loop through Shark Valley including many areas to view wildlife. There is an observation tower on site as well. Remember this is an Everglades National Park entry fee facility, so be sure to bring your America the Beautiful passes or Veterans designation on your license for free car (and passengers) entry. Ride is subject to cancellation if the weather is poor.
