Name Badges
OBTAINING A CLUB MAGNETIC NAME BADGE
We are pleased to announce that name badges will be available again this year through the Trophy Case of Fort Myers. The cost will be $9.00. Badges may be picked up at the Trophy Case location on Metro Parkway or at the Fort Myers Beach location, 17195 San Carlos Blvd #4 Fort Myers Beach, Florida 33931. (239) 590-3087. If you wish to have the badge(s) mailed to you, please include $3.50 postage and handling with your order (up to 2 badges).
Members interested in purchasing name badges should complete the online form and mail it with their check payable to the Trophy Case. Details are on the badge form. Please contact
